(1 Paragraph Minimum): I have experienced both being a user as well as an administrator, thus wanting to give my effort and accountability towards the server, staff team, and members upon the server.  I am one for professionalism and responsibility for both my actions and the way i carry myself out as well with other players or staff members.  Knowing the environment of being an administrator, i believe that i can professionally handle situations that may require the help of my presents for another player.  From RDM to general help i believe that i can complete the task to the best of my ability to provide a enjoyable experience upon the server to not only players but staff members. My goal is not just receiving powers on the server, but to take the power and apply it towards other players to not only handle situations but to bring enjoyment to players to continually play on the server. (1 Paragraph Minimum): I do not think of myself to be better than any other applicants.  I wish good luck to all that apply for this position, and for ones that are not as experienced to lean and become a great member of the team to better help players.  A staff team requires more members, which requires members to apply.  Further increasing the ability to grow as a community and better deal with situations within the sever.  Being an administrator to me is a privileged job that i believe anyone that puts effort into the team can become a great administrator towards the server. What is the best money-making method on the server?: In my experience within jobs on the server i found that retro mining is a great way to gain mass amounts of money without being a donator or donator+. What is NLR, RDA, RDM, LTAP, and a minge?:  New life rule: A player that has died and returned to the exact spot that they have died at.  Example - Bob kills Joe in a raid.  Joe returns to his base to kill Bob. Random Arrest: A player that has chosen the role of being an officer that randomly arrest another player for no reason.  Example - Bob arrest Joe because he had the urge to arrest someone. Leaving to avoid punishment: A player that leaves the server after breaking a rule to try and avoid being kicked, banned, or warned.  Example Bob kills Joe.  Joe reports bob to an administrator.  The administrator sees that Bob left the server after being brought to a sit. Minge: A player that has no intent to RP and ruin a role-play experience for other players.  Example - Bob joins the server and starts to mic spam as a citizen as well RDM and spam racist slurs in OOC. You took over someone else's sit while he was dealing with MasterConZ's case and when I stepped in as a witness you kept throwing me off of the building with your physgun, I hold no personal grudges, I just feel like you should treat people the same way you want to be treated.
