(1 Paragraph Minimum):[/b] I want to be staff on Krypton Networks because I have experience, and truly do believe that I could be a wonderful asset on the team once again. I have a variety of skills I believe can and will be beneficial to the staff team. A goal I have as a staff member is to help new and veteran players, no matter their issue, because I believe that every player should be treated equal and should get the help they deserve from a member of the staff team. In sits, I am never biased, and I always want to hear both sides of the story, I have quite a record in DarkRP (a good one, don't worry) and I know that I can get the server back to it's former glory if accepted. My skills include Maturity, Respectfulness, Openmindedness, Knowledge, Dealing with difficult people, ULX commands, responsibility, activity, and approachability. My weaknesses include, I sometimes get hot-headed, though these moments are now few and far between, and when I do have them I make sure not to let them ruin my IG duties. I consider the owners to be my friends and am a long time member of the community, and I think it's time to apply again and work my way back up. Along the way, I have develoepd friends, experience, and good sportsmanship and want to learn more things if accepted[b]. [/b]The most important duty of a staff member is very simple, but very vague, which is why I will elaborate. Moderation. Moderation is keeping the server free of rulebreakers. Making sure that players, whether they be new or old, have a good time on the server. Moderation is, keeping the server cool and clean. This essentially means getting rid of all problems, helping players with any grievances and issues they may have, and essentially acting as the police of the server. Moderation is being friendly and easy to talk to. If you're not approachable, and players don't want to approach you, then you need to fix that. Players should feel welcome and open to approach a staff member at any time with any sort of concern, and I believe that the strongest duty a staff member has, other than basic Moderation, is being approachable. As listed in one of my strengths, approachability is extremely important because if a player has an issue or concern of any kind, new or veteran, young or old, they should want to come to staff, because, the job of the staff team is to make everyone feel happy. And I believe I have that quality. And that is why I want to become staff. Any technical issues players may have, I'll almost certainly be there and ready to help, as well as guide newer players around the game-mode and the server, introducing them and introducing myself. I'm generally a happy go lucky guy and I always have a smile on my face, and in sits and general roleplay alike, I try to be positive. When new players join I'll greet them with that smile, and ask them if there's anything they need, because first impressions are everything, and I want everyone to feel warm and welcome the server and the community. That is why I want to be staff. To get to make players feel good and happy on the server and community. To be a role model. To teach people that, yes, you can come back from a dark past, even though you messed up one too many times. I want to be staff to help everyone with any issue, but most importantly, I want to help. How are you better than other applicants? (1 Paragraph Minimum): I'm better than other applicants because I have experience, skills (listed in the previous answer) and overall responsibility. I am not an egotistical guy, but I like to pride myself on my accomplishments, and one of them being staff on this server. You should choose me because I have a firm and clear understanding of the rules, procedures, the community, and it's staff rules. I've been wanting to get back into staffing here for a long time, and now is my chance. Staff or not, I want to help this community grow. What is the best money-making method on the server?: Lean Producer, or as an item, printers. What is NLR, RDA, RDM, LTAP, and a minge?: NLR - No-Life Rule: Saying basically that once you've died somewhere doing something, you cannot go back into that situation for (x) amount of time. RDA - Random Arrest: Applies to Police, arresting someone without a valid reason. RDM - Random DeathMatch: Killing someone without a valid RP reason. LTAP - Leaving To Avoid Punishment: Knowingly breaking the rules and leaving thereafter to avoid consequences from a staff member. Minge - Minge: A person or roleplayer who seeks to break down other players' fun and destroy their roleplay and time on the server. It's the staff's job to make sure we don't see much of these around. How often can you be on a day?: 4-6 hours every day. +1 Reason - He was staff on the old server and he was so dedicated to the server that he would miss his birthday to staff on the server and i think that he would make a great addition to the staff team.
